The seal around the double-glazed unit has failed and let moisture in. It doesn't come off with cleaning because it's inside the sealed unit — the fix is a new unit, not a new window.
Can you replace just the glass, not the whole window? expand_more
Yes — if the frame and hardware are still sound, we replace only the failed sealed unit. You keep your existing windows and lose the condensation.
