Can you cap over my old boards or do you replace them? expand_more
Both are options. If the timber behind is sound, capping over is quicker and cheaper. If it's rotten, the proper job is to strip it out and fit new uPVC. We check and advise at the survey.
Will the work disturb my roof tiles? expand_more
Roofline work happens at the edge of the roof, below the tiles, so the tiles normally stay put. We work carefully and leave everything weather-tight.
Do you replace the guttering and downpipes too? expand_more
Yes — fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes are one job for us. Doing them together gives a clean, matching finish and saves a second visit.
Will you need scaffolding? expand_more
Sometimes, depending on the height and access. If it's needed we include it in the quote up front — no surprise extras.
