Do you charge for a quote? expand_more

What services do you offer? expand_more
Five things, done properly: supply and install of uPVC windows and doors; supply and install of composite doors; replacement of failed or misted double-glazed units; door barrel and lock changes; and full replacement of fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes.
How long does a full house of windows take to fit? expand_more
For an average three-bed home it's usually one to two days. We agree timings up front and leave the site clean, taking the old frames and waste away with us.
Can you just replace the misted glass, not the whole window? expand_more
Yes. If the frames are sound we can replace only the failed, foggy or blown sealed unit — you keep your existing windows and lose the condensation, at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.
My door lock has failed or I'm locked out — can you help? expand_more
Yes. We change and upgrade euro-cylinder barrels — after a lockout, lost keys or a break-in, or simply to fit anti-snap cylinders for extra security and peace of mind.
Do you fit fascias, soffits and guttering as well? expand_more
Yes — full roofline replacement in low-maintenance uPVC, including fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes, to protect your roofline and keep the rain where it belongs.
What's the difference between a composite and a uPVC door? expand_more
A composite door has a solid, insulating core with a tough outer skin, so it's more secure and better at keeping heat in, and it looks like timber. A uPVC door is a lighter, lower-cost option that's fine for side and back doors. We'll talk you through which suits your home.

Do I need planning permission for new windows? expand_more
Almost never — like-for-like replacement windows normally fall under Permitted Development. Listed buildings and some conservation areas are the exceptions, and we'll flag anything to be aware of when we survey.
Do you guarantee the work? expand_more
Yes — every installation is backed by our workmanship guarantee. And because you deal with the fitter directly from the first quote to the final clean-up, if anything isn't right you're calling the person who actually did the work, not a call centre.
