Who we are

Kuntry Windows ("we", "us") is an independent window, door and roofline installation business based in Birmingham, West Midlands, serving the wider Midlands. You can reach us any time at info@kuntrywindows.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you fill in a quote form, we collect: your name, phone number, email, postcode, property type, the services you're interested in, your timeframe, and any free-text message you include. If you email us directly, we keep your message and the details in it.

We do not run website analytics, and we do not track or profile visitors. Simply browsing this site collects nothing about you.

What we use it for

Your enquiry details are used to contact you about your quote, book your survey, and (if you proceed) deliver your installation. Once a job is complete we keep your details for six years to honour the guarantee and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We do not send marketing emails, sell your data, or share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: show you the data we hold on you; correct it; delete it (subject to our obligation to keep records for the guarantee); restrict or object to its processing; and lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk. Email info@kuntrywindows.co.uk for any of these.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking across other websites. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
